I used the MT300 at 3000rpm (3800 was out of control) to apply ULW. It's a beast. There was a lot of splatter and I found it difficult to spread evenly let alone thinly. Except for having to squeeze the slippery black pad, it's much easier and better by hand. Putting an X of ULW on the pad, starting the MT300 on the body and making overlapping strokes as per the instructions didn't really do the job. And if you linger too long trying to get it thin, the MT300 turns the ULW into whipped cream. I'm obviously doing something wrong.
Would love to hear your technique and see a video of it getting a nice even thin coat of ULW on.
