Even though it's good stuff...
Does Meguiar's D156 actually contain any Wax?
A question from another forum as to whether or not D156 contains any wax (polymers) protective ingredients. The general consensus on the thread is no because of the high water content of the formula and the very "low" level of "Trade Secret Oils."
I'm just curious because I love the D156 in the Consumer Line (Ultimate Spray Wax).

I think they're asking if it contains any natural wax, such as carnauba.
In that case, the answer would be 'no'. D156 is actually a spray sealant. A bit like Ultimate Wax is not technically a wax, it's a sealant.
It's just semantics really. Either way, I absolutely love the stuff.
(btw you may want to get a Moderator to fix the typo in the thread title. Obviously should say 'D156')

The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

I know what you mean about loving the stuff ...
Yeah I noticed the typo after saying "D151" throughout the entire thread, but I just couldn't 'fix it' in the title.

Ay yi yi..... you're starting to confuse me now!!! You actually referred to D156 throughout your post, not D151!!
So, for the record:
D156 Synthetic Express Spray Wax: all protection is synthetic polymer, there is no carnauba or other naturally occurring wax in it - durability is very good, actually surprisingly so for a spray wax
D151 Paint Reconditioning Creme: protection is a hybrid of light polymer and carnauba wax - durability is on par with a fairly basic carnauba wax
Oh, and we changed the title of the thread to reflect D156.

I'm confused, too. In another thread, UQW/D156 is said to have at least some carnauba:
I'm sure it's a small amount, though, nothing comparable to the carnauba in GCQW?
I'll also ask again in this context, when will, or does, Meguiar's produce a QW that "matches" D301 Finishing Wax in terms of being dark and wet with a blueish cast?
