Recently i steam cleaned Escalade black leather seats.
When doing this process i cover the steam brush with a white terry towel.
The towel i used in this case has been washed several times.
After steaming the seats they turned a whiteish color.
I applied several coats of D180 and the black color returned.
What caused the color to change during cleaning?
On a side note, D180 left the seats shinny even after a wipe down which i dont care for.
