    Should I even bother...

    I am told this is a common problem with Accords. Rust on the lip of the hood. Seems the interior seal doesn't keep moisture out and we are left with this nasty mess. I would like to sand it down, Bondo it, and paint it. Does anyone see a problem with that? The price for a new hood is kinda pricey?
