I've got the basic equipment and supplies (PC7424, AutoGeek pads, S21 & Meguiar products, lots of MFTs) and a willingness to start conservatively and learn. My '03 white Tahoe is feeling better already. My '03 Z06 is next.

Re: Finally Found A Home For My Obsession....
to MOL 03' Steve!
Sounds like you have some nice detailing equipment to start off with!
Are you using 5.5 or 6.5 pads with your DA? Hopefully 5.5, if so meguiars just came out with some 5.5 pads, that are going to be great!
We love pics around here so post up some of that Tahoe and bad boy Z06!
It would be a great idea to go to Harbor Freight and pick up this steamer so we can slowly get you into Interior detaling the right way as well. (use RetailMeNot> on your smart phone and sometimes get a great discount)
Harbor Freight buys their top quality tools from the same factories that supply our competitors. We cut out the middleman and pass the savings to you!
Again welcome buddy, check out the great new products meguiars has come out with over in the forum and looking forward to some picture!''USE THE LEAST AGGRESSIVE PRODUCT TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT''

Re: Finally Found A Home For My Obsession....
Welcome to MOL Steve!
I would also recommend a steamer. They have unlimited uses when it comes to detailing IMO, and most others would agree. I bought the McCulloch MC1385 from Amazon for $199.99 and also picked up an extra 5 year warranty for $40 through Amazon as well. I have used it on just about every part of my vehicles except for the paint...very useful, and also comparable to other high priced steamers at a lower price.
