If it's like the other DUB products, then the smell is going to be great.

This refers to some unique characteristic that fits into the DUB lifestyle of colorful and unique experiences. In this case, it's the product turning the water a bright pink.

Would this car wash be along the lines and pretty similiar to the discontinued D-line Super Soap?

Well, the color is similar to that eye popping bright pink, but that's the only real similarity between the two.

What is the recommended dilution ratio for this shampoo?
Does it enhance gloss or leave anything behind?

Dilution ratio is the typical one ounce per gallon of water. It is pH balanced so it won't strip wax, but it leaves nothing behind and doesn't really have any gloss enhancers in it.
