I'm going to be upfront and honest. I do not condone the business practices over at Surf City Garage. In doing so I do not want to support them and I do not want any of their products on my shelf. I will not bash them on this forum per the rules. If someone wants to try some products then let me know.

If this violates the forum rules I have no issue with the thread being locked or deleted.

The products themselves work as they are designed so don't let that discourage you from buying.

I am just letting everyone know not to do business with them. They do not stand behind their product. The customer service is appalling. They have questionable business practices. I won't go into full details.

I was able to return some of the items for a full refund. The rest I ended up selling. Glad that's over.

That's very disappointing to hear. I have a small selection of their enthusiast grade polish, sealant, and waxes. I enjoy them, but I have a hard time trusting anyone other than Megs for serious situations.

The pro line was good, I'm not going to say it is not. It was not enough to justify for me to keep it. Meguiar's will always be my go to. I always get great results and having the support of the Meguiar's personnel is important. The enthusiast line was not so great. Meguiar's and Mothers offer much better consumer products that perform much better.

I'm glad to be free of them. Now I can spend my refund on the new Meguiar's products for 2015 .
