What happened to my email notifications?

    I did not get notifications for the last couple of subs or threads I posted. Email provider is Hotmail. I used to receive them fine but can't recall when was the last time.

      Hi Chop,

      It seems to have something to do with Hotmail based on reading the other conversation in this thread. If there is a way to approve Car Care Forums: Meguiar's Online in your e-mail spam settings, we would suggest trying that. Let us know.

        Ok I will try that but since I don't have any recent email notifications I don't know who is the sender. I am guessing it's something like this :

        xxxxx@meguiarsonline.com

              Thanks just added it in hotmail safe senders. Also made sure it is not in the blocked senders.

                I'm back!

                Wow, time really flies! I haven't been active for about 3 years due to this notification issue!

                Looks like I need to conform and just use my work email address
                Luckily I have a new job which allows me to do so.

                So for anyone reading this in the future, email notifications definitely DO NOT work with @hotmail or @outlook (I tried that too) email accounts.

                Look forward to contributing again...

                          Welcome back, glad to hear your notifications are working, I use Outlook and get notifications so not sure why yours is not working, but glad to see they are working!
