If you compound all the swirls and defects out before applying the UP, I don't see why not. Also, so long as you don't get any DA haze and micro-marring from your compounding step because of the paint being too soft then you should be OK. UP is derived from M205 and has more polishing oils than M205. Hope that helps.2011 Car Crazy Showcase SEMA Team
