Thanks a lot Craig and gauravvi. I just wiped the engine bay down with soapy water and rinsed the MF towel often. Both the owner and I agreed that we didn't want to spray down the engine bay with water.

Amazing work and results! Would it be possible to achieve similar shine/reflectivity by using Ultimate Polish instead of M205, or the latter is so much better to achieve such gloss? Many thanks!

              Thank you, szladob!! Appreciate it.

If you compound all the swirls and defects out before applying the UP, I don't see why not. Also, so long as you don't get any DA haze and micro-marring from your compounding step because of the paint being too soft then you should be OK. UP is derived from M205 and has more polishing oils than M205. Hope that helps.

Fantastic work, Marc, as always with your projects. I love the depth of M205.

Re: Detailed: 2011 BMW 1M - Valencia Orange

                  Two quick questions.

How much does something like this cost? Do you charge by hour? material used? Indepth detailing asked for?

And also, on some pics,it looks like you have some filter. Any enhancements? HDR?

                  Thanks and great job
