  • Tried out D151...

So I had planned on using D151 AIO on my next detail, but wanted to test it out prior to actual gametime.. So it was the perfect time to use my good neighbors car as a guineu pig

Talk about a perfect test subject. Honda Pilot.. Look at these rids! Lol.

    Gnarly key scratches..

Seriously with these crazy uniform scratches. Lol

    1 pass up/down/etc... Wow._.

Done with just a White LC flat foam pad.. I heard Honda paint's soft, but dang the PRC is sweet!

Did both doors, topped it off with some D156 + laid some Ultimate Black on running board to make it look extra tight.. When I told her to come out and have a look she was like 'wow you don't mess around! How'd you do that?!' Lol.

She wants me to do the whole suv asap. Yes!

Very nice. Looks like you have yourself a new client. D151 is no joke. It works wonders from all the write ups I have seen on it.

I was just about laughing at the fact protection was actually being layed down during the process

D151 is a fantastic AIO plus it uses SMAT. Sometimes the final results look like after a multi step process.

That poor Pilot was a mess, but after a good smack down (or is that a good SMAT down? ) with D151 it looks fantastic!! Great work, Ric!

            Thanks brother!
Turns out a shrub growing too close to her driveway is the culprit for all those scratches.. I just got done cutting down the shrub... The stuff I do for defect free paint :p lol.

I never used D151 before - did you used with DA or rotary and what pad. It looks very impressive.

^^ I believe the OP mentioned using a White LC flat foam pad, and on the reflection shots...I noticed the Megs bag...so I assume a G110v2 was used.
