I vaguely recall Mike Stoops said that Meguiars do extensive testing with their products for compatibility with other brands.
Nonetheless, I seriously doubt it would be possible to test everything out there under the sun. While something like Poorboys, they have their presence in the detailing market so I would imagine Meguiars would have tested them.
However, just to be safe, when it comes glazes and waxes, I would say to stay within one manufacturer.
