Howdy from Aggieland

I'm a PhD student finishing up in genetics and biochemistry. My vehicle isn't as fancy as many of the folks here, but I need a truck for the pickup bed. I like to keep her clean though and fully tuned up, every single fluid is full synthetic and all OEM parts when something is replaced. I do all my own mechanic work.

Hoping to learn a lot from the experienced folks here and join in the comradery.

Welcome. I'm sort of the same way but I don't have a truck. But all my fluids are royal purple, oil filter too and I even use the gas cleaner they got too. I've definitely noticed a huge difference in performance. So it's well worth the money to keep her in good shap. I also like to keep her clean as much as I can although she is nothing fancy other than a daily driver who's 14 years old.

I've learned so much from this sight and now an addict of meguiars. As u will become as well but that's a good thing.
