I have a g110v2 and there for all my pads r the 7 inch softbuff 2.0. I want to buy a flex 3401 but I've read it only has backing plate for up to 6.5 pads. will the 7 inch work without tearing I really don't want to have to buy a new set of 5.5 or 6.5 pads.

Re: Megs 7 inch on Flex 3401
Unfortunately it won't work. The largest recommended size for Flex 3401 is 6.5". Lake Country Hybrid Pad System was designed for forced rotation D/A (Flex 3401) and its universal backing plate would let you even use 4" buffing pads.

Re: Megs 7 inch on Flex 3401
Well I ordered the flex I've watched a mike phillips video where he says they work good so I'm gonna try them out with the stock 5.5 backing plate if I have problems order some lake county pads or the 6 inch plate for the buffer
