Hello detailing/enthusiast fellas. I've been in WI my whole life and have loved anything with an engine since I was a kid. I really enjoy my first car when it works... I'm 21 and bought a '94 3000gt when I was 17 and still own it today. I enjoy trying out products to see the improvements they make and am looking to learn more about paint correction and just everything about caring for cars to snowmobiles. Good luck to all the peopleput there enjoying the things they love.

Re: Wisco Kid
Hey there Wisco Kid. Welcome to Meg's. I also joined recently and have spent HOURS here reading through the forums and learning so much from all of the other members. There is an unbelievable wealth of information to be found here. This is a great place to hang out and learn how to keep your rides looking as good as they can be. And of course you can't go wrong with the Meguiar's line of products. Cheers...

Re: Wisco Kid
Definitely agree that Armor All blows. You might want to give Meguiar's Hyper Dressing a try. It blows the socks off of Armor All, IMO. I love it and it smells really nice too. I use it inside and out in the various recommended mixing ratios for natural, satin, medium gloss and high gloss finishes. Great product!

Welcome Wisco Kid!
Cool that a young guy like you is willing to hold onto a 20 yr old car for 4+ years. That's rare. Keep the Megs flowing.
Best wishes.

Re: Wisco Kid
You are totally correct. It's a hard car to find and it's even more rare to see people still driving their first car around. That's why I'm holding on to it! Thanks! Lately is been pretty difficult. It's having its problems now and showing its age more than ever. 260k miles and I'm chasing electrical problems now... It's sad to see it just sitting there for weeks for the first time simce I've owned it.

Re: Wisco Kid
Enjoy it. Now that I am in my late 30's I wished I still had some of my early cars. I especially wished I had kept my grandfathers 93 5th Ave. Yes, it was a grandpa car (I love grandpa/grandma cars) but didn't keep it because it needed some trans work and didn't have the money at the time. Wished I had found a way to work through it because I had been cleaning it for him since he got it when I was in high school and my mom gave it to me when he passed. Oh well. And, funny thing about this site, I thought the red bottle Megs stuff was pretty good until I started reading and joined here. Not that it is bad, it has its place, but it is nothing like the other stuff they carry. Learned lots over the past few moths from these guys.2017 Lexus RX 350 - Satin Cashmere Metallic
