  • New SwirlX labelling / formula?!?

I ran out my bottle of SwirlX and I ordered a new on off ebay.uk.
Today I received it and the bottle says "Swirl remover". Otherwise the photo of the black car is the same.
But nothing says "SwirlX" like on my old bottle.
Is this the same product but different labelling?

Yeah, one of your bottles must have been an import from another market.

I think things that ended in 'X' werent used as much overseas.

Does this mean it had been replaced with "Swirl remover"?
          What's the difference?

Maybe. But I bought originally my first bottle of SwirlX off ebay.uk too. That's why I'm confused now.

              M AutoZone still has Swirlx.

Anyone know if its still in production or if what I'm seeing is leftover stock?

I believe it is. I see it at most of the local auto parts store near me.

                  Interesting.

Are the descriptions on the back of the bottles the same?

Any clues that it could be for an overseas market, such as the size measured in mL instead of oz?

I believe swirl remover is the international version and swirlx is the us version, if its not then it prob is just the newer update version, but both should be the same just different names

I'm international, and we have SwirlX here.

It's the same product, just a name change for international markets. SwirlX has not been a huge seller in the US due to the overwhelming success of Ultimate Compound. Internationally it's a different story, however, and it's not terribly uncommon for us to have slightly different names for the same product in different parts of the world; sometimes a different name just resonates better in different cultures.
