    Orange peel is all about angles and distance among other things. I'm sure there are viewing angles on the spoiler where it looks just fine.

    Yes this can be sanded or even polished out.
    But this being OEM paint and it being on an angle I would advise against it.
    The better choice is a re-paint, sanding and polish.

    No problem.
    These always but me. Most "detailers" won't touch them. That's my specialty, the hard stuff!
