    G-110 Change Backplate?

    Excuse me for asking, but I do not know....I have a Meguiard G-110 polisher. I was wondering, can I take off the backplate, and put on a different one (if they sell one) to make it now become a sander, or grinder, etc.... Is this possible?

    Yes, you can change backing plates. All of the popular DA type buffers on the market (Meguiar's G100/G110/G110v2, Griot's, Porter Cable 7424/7424XP/7336, Shurhold, Harbor Freight, etc) use the same standard 5/16" fitting for backing plates.
