I cleaned up my dad's 02 Z28 with 104,000 miles on it. This car needed a full correction. The paint was rough and it had a lot of swirls. He is the second owner and he wanted it to look as good as mine after he saw what I did with mine. So I did a full correction to remove swirls and make this car look as good as I could. This is his daily driver and him and I are happy with the results. I am glad I invested in the microfiber pads and D300. These car's have a really hard clear coat. I had a hell of a time with foam pads and 105 when I worked on my 02 Camaro which can be seen in the back. The microfiber pads worked great with the hard GM clear. Here are some after photos. I did not take before shots but it was pretty heavily swirled. The color is navy blue metallic but it appears to look purple in certain angles. It's a really great looking color with the metallic flake really popping out now that it's clean
