Dutchmen Folddown Camper cleaning questions

I have a buddy who just bought this folddown camper. He was askin what to clean the exterior surfaces with. It's like that bathroom melonite looking stuff. Since I'm not into RV/Camper stuff I figured I'd ask someone hear who might know. This has a texture to it and not a flat finish. Also he is going to take the stripes off it.

Any decent Marine Boat/RV soap should work fine. Even regular car wash soap would be fine too.

If there are any black streaks or bulit up dirt then I would suggest a mild application of a general purpose degreaser or mildew remover.
