  • marks all over the driveway

I was wondering if you guys also have marks in your driveway due to detailing cars? It is annoying how I slowly keep adding more stains and marks to my driveway and is there anything I can do to minimize it or are there products to clean the grime off the driveway?

It's from the tires and wheel wells and once that stuff gets on the driveway it doesn't really come out.

And when I dress my tires and then drive in the driveway, sometimes I will get some tire marks.

And part of the problem is I wash more than just my car; sometimes my parents, sister or nieces car which will have very dirty wheels and tires.

I only have marks on my driveway when i used spray tire dressing, but since i switch to a gel type dressing and a brush, it eliminated the problem.
I would use a cheapo tarp to prevent the stains....but that would be a hassle.
Maybe use Meguiars SD at 1:4 and a stiff brush...should get it off?

I cut out the tire profile on a piece of card board. I lay that down before I use tire shine. But I also spray the product on a sponge or applicator then wipe it on the tire.

go to your local parts store. I believe it's called Driveway clean up. Works great. I use it on my higher end driveways. If I leave a mark of some sorts.
Also you can get some kind of vinyl/plastic or cardboard. Make some squares, drive over them and you shouldn't have a problem.
