  • 2012 Bathurst black Genesis Coupe detail

Hello all. I am doing a full detail of my Gen Coupe in the near future and just need some help deciding on the products to use. The paint is in good condition although it does have 11k miles on it. I do already have some products but not sure which ones I should use and not to use. Also wondering if any of them should be replaced. Here is a list of what I have.

    Deep crystal wash
    G110v2 DA
    orange light cut pad
    black finishing pad
    M105
    M205
    G172 UC
    G127 tech wax 2.0
    A12 cleaner wax

I know I need a clay kit and also polishing pads but not sure which ones. I cant decide if I should go out and get a pure polish and pure wax or if what I have is sufficient. What stores should I be able to find DA pads at locally? If you gents could lead me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Get yourself some SwirlX, or Ultimate Polish, clay and some Meg's yellow polishing pads.

Then, if you're doing a full detail, it would go something like:

    Deep crystal wash
    Clay
    UC
SwirlX / UP via yellow polishing pad
NXT Tech Wax 2.0 via black finishing pad

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.
