  • Audi A3 '11 Paint Correction

Audi A3 full correction and engine detail.
According to the owner, the condition of the paint wasn't too bad, but it definitely needed some improvement.
Here are the photos of the process and the finished shots after 13 hours work.

Good job! The paint looks flawless and perfect.

It's so rewarding to detail a dark colored car especially black. I'm sure the owner was thrilled to say the least.

      Great work!

What products / process did you use?

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Yes, we hear this all the time when, in fact, the paint looks anything but to us. In fact, it looks more like what this A3 looked like, which leads us to wonder what some people would consider "bad" condition?

Makes me want an A3 again. Great cars, especially with TSI motor not FSI oil guzzler.
Just curious, did this car have the open sky sun roof? To answer my own question, YES.

There is a black panel that is a piano black finish at the rear of the roof which is also similar material to the spoiler. What process did you use on these pieces and how if any did it vary from the rest of the process used?
Like the piano black pieces on my CC this stuff seemed to get spider webbing every time I touched the car.

You did a great job BTW!

Great job on the Audi. Thats how a black German car should look. Mean, but clean.

I know exactly what you're talking about. My B pillars are all swirled up, I think I might wrap them in some scratch resistant clear wrap.
