Waterless car wash

I just ran out of the Megs waterless car wash that I use exclusively for my motorcycle.

I spoke to the supplier in Australia and they said that they don't carry this product anymore.

Is there an alternative product to the wateless car wash? Quik detailer is about $20.00 per bottle here in Aussie so its not economical to use.

Ultimate wash and wax anywhere, maintain with with Ultimate quik detailer. But I am a fan of Last Touch, very cost effective, may not have the Hydrophobic polymer thing like UQD or UQW, but it leaves the paint very slick. Check out Last Touch, I think you'll like it.

I like rinse free express wash diluted 128:1 for my waterless washes (and clay lube for that matter) especially when I'm doing a full wax afterwards, but I use it for my own car too when I'm just washing it and it turns out great! And at a dilution ratio of 128:1, it's pretty much impossible to beat the price. You would essentially get 128 gallons of a Quick Detailer or clay lube for under $40 (the price of one gallon of RFEW).

I always wonder how the waterless car waskh works.
As per instruction, you spray the product to the panel and wait a few minutes then wipe off. What if there is sand or small rocks on the surface?

In a traditional car wash, the water would remove these sand before the soap.

Grip, we never marketed that particular product here in the US, but since the Meguiar's Australia website shows Last Touch (http://www.meguiars.com.au/products/...pray-detailer/) we would definitely recommend that as a replacement. Good news is it only comes in bulk (1 gallon/3.8 litre minimum) and you can dilute it 1:1 with water for use as a clay lube if need be. Used straight it's a great mist and wipe with great lubricity, and you can even get away with adding a few ounces to a bucket with about a gallon of water and use it as a rinseless wash, too. It's not as effective at cleaning a really dirty surface like D114 Rinse Free Express Wash is, but I don't believe that's available in Australia yet, nor is Ultimate Wash & Wax Anywhere.
