Does Using UQD, UQW & UWWA Reduce Need to Wash Weekly?

Prior to joining MOL and reading about the 5 Step Paint Care Cycle, I washed my car weekly to remove dust. I now store UQD, UQW, and UWWA in my trunk along with some Supreme Shines to remove dust as I notice them.

It's been three weeks, and my car has retained that "just detailed" look and I haven't noticed any new swirls or imperfections.

So does using these three products reduce (if not eliminate) the need to wash weekly?

Well, UWWA is meant for more of the weekly, or bi-weekly wash, as it is able to deal with more dirt than the QD sprays can. UWWA would be a little bit of a waste on light dust.

But yeah, the goal of all of that, or a regular wash, is to remove the loose dirt/dust safely. If there is not dirt/dust on the car, then it doesnt need a regular wash.

Also, if you find you are using a lot of those, you may want to save the empty bottles, but buy the Pro/Detailer line versions.

This summer, I swear I washed (bucket & hose) my daily driver Subie only 3-4 times in the last 3 months or so...all due to using detail sprays & quik waxes.....
Before I discovered all these detail products...I likely washed my car with hose & buckets once a week

I believed Meguiars philosophy is "Frequent care is easy care". I might quote it wrong though.

    Ofcourse it does.
Your puting protectance on your paint that prohibilts "stuff" from sticking to it.
That's the whe piont of detailing.
I wash my cars once a month and more if the rims are bothering me. But thats it.The last thing I want to do is my own cars. So the less I have to the better
The waterles wash I use has great anti static proporties and my cars look great for weeks.
