    2012 Chevy Malibu

I purchased a brand spanking new Chevy Malibu a few weeks ago and i was wondering if you can use the quick wax on your car windows - inside / out, I'm not exactly sure where I read this but it said you could use said wax on windows, I just want to make sure,

Another question, I looked in the owners manual to see what kind of wheels / rims I have but of course the manual said nothing, however I think I have painted steel wheels, if that's the case are they pretty decent wheels, they surprise do look sharp when they're clean -

I've never been a fan of using 'wax' on glass surfaces, especially the windshield. For me 'wax' just seems to want to smear and cause more problems.I am a user of Rain-X and have been so for many years. For me, the stuff just works as advertised. Just remember, being a new vehicle, the interior glass will want to 'fog up' a lot during the out gassing of all the plastics.

Can't help ya on the wheels, Ask the dealership, they should have the correct answer.

Got a pic of the wheels? Ultimate Wax would be good on the wheels if they are painted or clear coat, ususally wheels have a least a clear coat on them, unless of course they are chrome or aluminum.

I use the Quik wax and detailer on my windows with no problems, the whole car is gone over with Xcellent results, inside I clean my windows with a damp MF towel

I personally use Ultimate Quick Wax (UQW) on my windows all the time without issues.

I have also used Quik Wax and even traditional wax (NXT / M21) without any problems.

I don't care much for Rainx - way too hard to use IME..

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

A very thin coat of ULW will work wonders on exterior glass. Especially, if you live in a rainy climate. The factory wheels should either be polished aluminum or clear coated. I like to apply a coat of spray wax to my (painted and/or clear coated alloy) wheels during the drying process. Congrats on the new ride.

@ Krull - I tried uploading two damn photos to the gallery and it keeps telling me " nineoneone_007.JPG (exceeds filesize limit) "

Do you have any idea what i'm doing wrong, clearly something is not working.

Looks like photos are too large....ie filesize limit. Do you know how to resize the photo?
