Hi there I am from Port Elizabeth South Africa and we have just recently opened a car care and valet centre.
Your office in Durban has a lady with the worst possible customer service. As a new client I was treated very poorly on an incident where my polishing machine went faulty. I was told that there are no point of sale and advertising material available to show my customers that I use your products when polishing customers vehicles. I was promised aprons/signage/t shirts and caps.
I have received nothing to present. Your company brags about customer service and product satisfaction , I haven't seen this come through in South Africa.
