I just recently got a gallon bottle of D135 and as I was pouring it into a spray bottle I noticed that it had some chunks in it. Is it still okay to use it? Should I just filter out the chunks? Thanks for the input.

Do you mean M135? If so, then it should not have chunks and your product may have fallen victim to a temperature extreme. I would seek a replacement from the company you bought it from if it came like that. If you kept it somewhere it may have frozen then I would look for a different place to store your products. If none of the above are true, give Meg's a call, they are always happy to help. Either way, I would deem it unusable.
I'm actually not aware of any liquid Meg's product that should have chunks in it...
Yeah that's what I meant. M135. I bought it off of a 3rd party so I don't think it'll do good to cal meguiars. I live in so cal so it wasn't freezing. Probably just old. Oh well I got it for really cheap so I can't complain to much
This sounds like an issue we had with a batch of product a few years ago. It was a very limited issue, but the product itself is still perfectly safe to use, and filtering out the material is easy to do. I can attest to this from personal experience with this particular batch - we had several gallons of this returned to us and I've taken some of those home and have been using it for a couple of years now without a single issue. It works every bit as good as it's supposed to; no streaking issues or anything else you don't want. I put a coffee filter into a funnel and just pour from the gallon jug into a spray bottle that way. I don't recall what the exact issue was, but do remember that it was nothing that compromised the performance of the product, and certainly nothing dangerous. Honestly, the worst thing that would happen would be a clogged sprayer if the product wasn't filtered first.

Thanks for the tip Mike. I was actually thinking of doing that. Now I can make sure I use it.
