Paint on Kia Rio

House paint is on my niece Kia rio how can I get it off with out removing the car paint?

How long has it been on? How big of spots, etc?

I think about a month the spot is on the bottom of the driver side door and wheel wale

For bigger spots like that, I had a co-worker use some Goof-Off on road paint. Just try to rub gently as possible, so you dont cause more swirls to fix up.
