A little background info first. So I started my mobile business about six years ago as a part time gig. Three years ago, I took the plunge and went full time and haven't looked back. Demand has picked up over the years and I have been able to raise my prices about 10% or so each year for the last three years to help keep demand in line with how much time I have. This year however that increase was not successful in reigning in the demand and I can't even come close to keeping up right now. (I know, it's a good problem to have, but I still want to do something about it as I hate telling potential customers "no").
So what have others done when faced with similar issues. I don't like the idea of expanding and adding employees and to be honest, there's about a 0.01% chance that I'd go that route, but I'm not sure of any other options. I'm currently booked about a month and a half out and turn away a handful of people each day because they want there car done sooner than I can get to it. Is there away way to solve or even partially solve this problem without adding on employees?
I hope that some others have had similar issues and might be able to respond with possible remedies or ideas. Thanks in advance.
