Look what a professional detailer can do!! I finally have a clean slate.
Detailer gave me exacting instructions on how to care for it, most of it I already knew, but he really emphasized how delicate this paint is. They also de-badged the **** dealer logo on the trunk/hatch.
Looks real nice! For maintenance I'd use Gold Class Car wash, for in between washes, Ultimate Quik Detailer and/or Ultimate quik wax for more durability. For looks, I'd go for the Gold Class Detailer and Gold Class quick wax. If your car is just a bit dirty, Ultimate Wash and Wax anywhere, plus have lots and lots of quality microfibers.
Also he only uses Mirror Glaze stuff. Anyway I couldnt be happier. He did mention that "Meguiars guys from Corp" come ever so often and teach them new things and show new products. Thank God for Meguiars!!

Did he correct the paint using a DA polisher?
Looks nice in the picture.

With the right tools and enough practice, there's absolutely no reason why you can't achieve the same results yourself. Get the DA Polisher, read up on proper DA techniques and product combinations and you will get the same if not similar results.
Obviously, your car is fixed now swirl free...the trick now is...can you maintain it?
BTW...the car probably came that way from the dealership with the swirls. It's a free option that many dealers give you for free, but for some reason they never mention it.
Maybe you can invest a few hundred dollars...take a trip and fly to CA and attending the Meguiar's Detailing 101 on Saturday... The knowledge you learn in 1 day will carry on for the rest of your life and the rest of the cars you own. I think that's worth a plane ticket.
