Hot Rims All Wheel & Tire cleaner just stained my expensive wheels

I recently used Meguiars Hot Rims All wheel & Tire cleaner on my Volk GTS wheels. Sprayed it on, left to dwell for 15 seconds and rinsed off. Now my wheel is stained on the clear coat of the lip and will not come off no matter what I use. The bottle indicates "Safe on ALL clear coated wheels". My wheels have a polished clear coated lip and it has seriously stained them. I've seriously tried everything to get it off, using:

Mother wheel polish
Clay bar
ScratchX

It wasn't taking it off at all so I even tried on a small area:
Diluted Simple Green
409 all purpose cleaner
clorox bleach cleaner
Googone

Still stained! It looks as if someone spit on my rims and it's stained. I can't believe a wheel cleaner would do this, it's suppose to clean wheels not stain them. I've used tons of wheels cleaners and I decided to try Meguiars and this happens, I can't believe it.

Hopefully I get some feedback how to get rid of this stain.

Are you sure they are clear coated?

Yeah all Volk Racing 2-piece wheel's have polished clear coated lips. I had to repair a the edge of one of the lips before and the guy polished through the clear coat and had to re-clear it.
