    A detailing d'oh! momnet...

So... I get home from the firehouse after working a 24 hour tour of duty.. wifey was sleeping in, so I spent the morning organizing my detailing supplies, refilling bottles odf various solutions, vacuumed the interior of the Edge, and cleaned a whole bunch of polisher pads. I put them on a big flat piece of cardboard to dry in the sun... ran a few errands, stopped at my son's firehouse to chat, stopped and got dinner.. forgetting about the pads.. the lawn sprinklers came on at 6:00 PM, now they are soaked again... d'oh!

Lawn Sprinklers have to be one of a detailers worst nightmare. Especially the ones that aim out in the roads. I'm sure we're all familiar with that last minute lane change to avoid a mis aimed sprinkler lol.
