This may sound like a really dumb question....but, Would I be able to say positively to a doubter that all Meguiar's products are "Made In America"?

It would depend on your poker skills.
The Meguiar's chemicals and pads I have were made in USA, but many of the devices are not (brushes and backing plates were made in China). Like most companies these days, Meguiar's acquires from the 'best source' that will meet their cost and quality objectives. For the chemicals and pads that I have, it appears that they can get what they want from the USA. Other items may not be. All things branded Meguiar's are not automatically "Made in America".
So would you be able to say positively that all Meguiar's products are "Made in America"? That depends on you. I've had people tell me things in a convincing manner that I knew were absolutely false. So you may be able to say positively that all Meguiar's products are "Made in America", but it would not be fact.
Sorry to be such a smarty pants, but semantics have deceived me many times.
To answer the question you mean to ask, no, not all Meguiar's branded products are made in America. I don't know if all Meguiar's chemicals are made in USA, but the ones I checked were.
Hopefully Michael will see this one Monday...interesting question.

Good question! I would like to know as well.

Even if made here, the raw materials are likely not all American.

Regardless of where Megs items are made in, it all comes down to the company backing up it's products, We all know Meguiars backs it's products 100%. That is what counts in my books

2011 Subaru Impreza (SWP/ aka White) the DD
2003 Mazda MPV LX (Metalic Green) (wifey's)
The above is actually so spot on that it could have come from a Meguiar's employee! All of our liquid products - waxes, sealants, paint cleaners, compounds, polishes, protectants, detail sprays, soaps, etc - are all formulated and developed at our HQ in Irvine, CA and then manufactured in the MidWest of the USA (Memphis, TN area for the most part). None of these liquid products (aka chemicals) are manufactured outside the USA, so if it comes in a bottle it's made here. Some of the other items (towels and buffer, specifically) are made to our specs overseas.
This is a really good point, actually, and can be said for all sorts of products manufactured in the USA. For example, following the earthquake and tsunami in Japan last year even many domestic auto companies had issues getting parts for assembly of their "Made in America" vehicles. That even included the metallic black paint that one major US car company had previously offered - they had to switch to a non metallic black because of this.
