I saw this pic as a tease on Facebook the other day - had no idea you were using D114 in there, or that it was mixed with a fairly standard IPA wipe down solution. Your concentration of D114 in that bottle is like putting 2 ounces in a single gallon of water, which is quite strong and could possibly be strong enough to strip wax - or at least the remnants of wax applied several weeks prior. Given the crazy slickness of D114 when used at 1 oz to 2 gallons of water (recommended dilution for rinseless washing) it's no wonder this is working so well for you as a wipe down mix. You should easily pull almost any sort of residue off the surface, leaving it totally "pure".
