Gold class or Ultimate Wax and Wash

I currently have UWW and feel it isn't sudsy enough but offers a lot of lubricity. The beading effect is a bit slower than other brands. I am curious about other types of car soaps like the Gold Class. I haven't really found any info on it in any forums, buy there is also a lot to go through. Does it offer more of a sudsy type wash? I am not unhappy with UWW just wondered if GC was better is the sense of cleaning or sudsing? I have added more UWW to water and also added the recommended dilution as well with no particular change. If anyone can tell me what I am doing that is wrong or is the product just like that in nature?

If you look for maximum suds then Super Soap from Detailer's Line is your product (great with foam guns as well).

Gold Class is a gentle shampoo/ conditioner. If you have a fresh coat of wax on your vehicle or just did a full detail use it as your car wash. It also has conditioning agents.

If maximum cleaning ability is needed, or you have "hard" water in your area, go with NxT Car Wash.

If you prefer to add some protection while you wash your car then Ultimate Wash & Wax will deliver. You could still top it with Ultimate Quik Wax for extra protection and gloss. I do so when I'm limited by time but I want to reach that "just detailed" look.

Yeah, just the nature of the products. Gold Class isnt going to be much different.

Really dont need much sudsing, the lubrication is what is important.

However, since the UW&W is kind of a waste to detail after, you could buy a bottle of each and compare. Use the Gold Class when you will be doing some kind of detailing after washing if nothing else.

Suds have nothing at all to do with cleaning ability - it's the emulsifiers and other ingredients that actually do the cleaning. It's actually quite common for people to put water in their bucket first, then add the appropriate amount of soap for proper dilution, and stir by hand. This yields almost zero suds, even with a product that will suds up like crazy if you blast it with a hose, yet cleaning ability is not diminished in the least.

That said, we have to say we're a bit surprised to hear someone say that UWW isn't sudsy enough. Blast UWW with a hose and it will foam up and out of the bucket in no time!

I bought myself UWW and I am going back to GC. I washed my car today with both and I still like GC better. I dont know what it is with UWW but I also don't find it sudsy enough. I also found GC to feel more lubricated so my sponge glides better on the paint. I used the UWW for three washes and gave up. I tried different dilution ratios, adding soap first then water, water then soap then "gun" it to sud it up etc... Overall, I find myself having an easier time using GC. They both clean really well though but i don't care much for the "wax" part of UWW. What I found odd with UWW also is at the store, 10+ bottles but they didnt seem consistent. Some were just plain silky smooth looking soap. Others had like little white beads in them. A couple had what looked like clear white beads or tiny air bubbles. This was at a Canadian Tire up north.

I've experienced the foam up out of the 5 gallon bucket but no foam on the car.

I sometimes use UltraViolet Wash & Was from Malco and it does about the same.

I have tried uww and GC, I like them both but I like GC better. I like GC better because it seams to remove bugs easier and hard water spots dont apear as soon. Also the wax protection and slickness of uww dosent feel as good as uqw so I use it instead. I must say though both leave a car looking great.
