  • Old skool noob from Ontario Canada

    Hey all,

Been out of the detailing scene since Dupont's Rain Dance was the product of choice.Well, I finally have a vehicle worthy of detailing.....to me anyway. Freshly repainted F350 Crew with 8.5" of lift on 37's. Have all the Megs products ready to go. Just need to decide if I will wet sand or start at compounding to smooth out the finish and get rid of the inevitable dirt in the paint. Either way, there's a lot of vehicle to cover. Wish me luck.

    Welcome to MOL.

Rain Dance, eh? I remember the days of trying to decide between that and Blue Coral when it came time to buy wax.

I would start with compounding first. Least aggressive process first to be safe.
