  • Your expert opinions required

    Dear All,

Now this is what i 've Got:

    • Meguiar's Wash & Wax
    • Meguiar's Cleaner/Wax (Liquid)
    • Meguiar's Gold Class plus
    • Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax
    • 3M Performance finish

I've already tried numerous combinations with these and other products, but this time i intend to go like Wash & Wax, followed by Cleaner/Wax, and seal it with either ULW or 3M. What would be the best mix of these products to achieve deep shine? Should i use Gold Class after Cleaner/Wax (before Sealing the finish) or directly after cleaner/wax go for Sealing the finish?

Note: Paint is Graphite Grey, Metallic (the one in my current avatar), and the condition of paint is new (or like new).

    Regards,
    Imran Hakro

Way too much wax in my opinion. Standard answer would be.
    Clay
    Wash
    Cleaner Wax
    Ultimate Liquid wax.

You don't need a wash and wax product if you are just going to use a cleaner wax over it. You can put 3M on last, but in my opinion it will be a wasted step. You are not going to get Ultimate Wax to look any better.

So should my LSP be ULW or 3M?

What LSP do you want? Carnauba or Synthetic? Durability or looks?

My Priority is Looks. I don't care for durability as i detail every 10-15 days

            Then you want GCCP

i know applying GCCP over synthetic wud be more effective for looks, but if i apply it before synthetic, wouldn't it qualify enough for lush looks?

By the way, which synthetic should i use? ULW or 3M? i am more concerned about reflectivity and looks; not durability.

Always put down the synthetic wax before the carnauba wax. Put down two coats of ULW and one coat of GCCP.

ok thanks... means now should it go this way:

                  Wash
                  Cleaner/wax
                  ULW (2 coats)
                  GCCP

Do you have access to UC/UP? If so then use that in place of cleaner wax.

                    Wash
                    Clay
                    UC
                    UP
                    ULW
                    GCCP

                      Start with wash
next polish the paint like clay bar or something else
then clean the liquid off and put down sealant
then wax, there are many out there , some are more for looks like NXT and some are for durability like gold class
