    Hot Rims Brake Dust Barrier

I applied Hot Rims Brake Dust Barrier to my G8's wheels two weeks ago after an ONR bath. I did not clay bar the wheels before application, simply wiped them down at the end of the ONR bath. We've had a couple of rain/snow storms since then. Today at lunch time I gave her another ONR bath. I was delighted at how clean the wheels were. To my eye they looked cleaner than the paint and the residual dirt on the rag seemed to confirm this. They cleaned up with a brief ONR spritz and a quick wipe with an old MF rag. I give it two big thumbs up and strongly recommend it's purchase and use. Also, it applies easier than the other versions on the market with less runs and drips.

Next on the list to buy and try: Meguiar's Rinse Free Express Wash
2009 Pontiac G8 GT, debadged, and twin car seats.

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

It reminds me of Eagle One Keep Clean Wheel Protector, only much more pleasant and nowhere near as harsh on the nose and eyes.

You're welcome Michael. I'm very pleased with it's performance. I'll clay bar the wheels next time before reapplying.
