For the record here - this is a wipe on, wipe off product and should not be allowed to dry on the surface. As JET_Fusion pointed out earlier there is a noticeable increase in slickness felt on the lens after application, and this is true even when applying with a WOWO process.

    I would recommend it.

My wife's car's headlights were hazed up. Used PlastX on 'em 6-7 months ago, with HP after the PlastX, then again every wash (about every 2-3 weeks). They still look as good as the day I "un-hazed" them.

As for why my experience with buffing the product off was difficult, as JET_Fusion pointed out, I did in fact let it sit on the headlight. I never used the product, and I figured- "It's a protectant so I'm gonna let it soak in nice and good...". Obviously, don't do this.

    "Wax on, Wax off"

    Cheers

It doesn't effect light output at all, but does give the lens some shine.

Yep, this. Gives it some slight gleam, but it may just be what I like to call the "Detailer's Placebo". "Oh, I out product on it, it MUST look better!".

Remember, this isn't the point of the product, it's to provide protection to your headlights. It does that very well. Also, it certainly doesn't detract from the appearance. Also, just to reinforce, as stated above, it certainly doesn't alter the output of the headlights.

If you're looking to make your headlights look better, remember to use PlastX before following up with HP.

    Cheers!
