Interested to travel to the US just to attend your classes

I'm from Egypt, and I already have the basic knowledge about Meguiar's products and detailing techniques (have seen most of your videos, and I have a large stock of your products which I use for applying those techniques and enhancing my skills)
However, as I'm starting a professional detailing business soon... I think it's better to fly to US and get some in depth courses

I see that you're already offering some lottery based courses
However, if I'm to fly to the US specifically for the courses, then I'll need to attend both the beginner and the advanced courses on the same week (to cut costs)

So this lottery based selection wont work for me

Is there another option to book for a number of courses to be attended consecutively on the same week for a certain fee ??

What would be the fees ?? (I'm already holding a US visa)

I realise that this post is from a while ago but I too would be interested in travelling to the U.S for a complete course. Are there any Meguiars Reps anywhere in Australia? If not, I'm ready to be trained!!

Anyone can get into the 101 Class just by signing up and you can sign up months in advance. The Advanced Class is difficult to get into because 101 is a prerequisite (you won't get much out of the Advanced Class unless you have learned the basics), the class size is limited, only a few Advanced Classes are offered throughout the year, admission is by lottery and you won't know if you were selected until a week before the class. In other words, it would take a combination of timing and luck to get into both classes in a relatively short time period, the odds are pretty much against it happening, and unless you're ready to jump on a plane as soon as you hear your name was chosen, it's not a practical or economic risk many would find reasonable to take.

There is an alternative that will come close to accomplishing the objectives of learning as much as possible about detailing in general and the use of Meguiar's products in particular. First, sign up for the 101 Class. Make your plans to attend, i.e., book your flight, reserve your room, reserve a car and plan whatever other itinerary you desire. Next, sign up for a Thursday Night Open Garage following the 101 Class. Show up early (5:15p) at the TNOG with your rental car and plan to stay about 4 hours.

At the TNOG you can get some private instruction from Meguiar's professionals and hands on practice on your rental car. You can also watch other people get instruction on taking care of particular problems with their cars (or motorcycles). Several TNOG regulars are either professional detailers or enthusiasts with lots of knowledge and experience in the latest detailing techniques. And they are willing to share their knowledge and experience with you. You will get a chance to try out a bunch of different products on your rental car and get answers to lots of questions you didn't even know you had.

I've taken the Advanced Class twice and been to several TNOG. While the TNOG is not the same as the Advanced Class in terms of focus, it's broader in scope and thus in a way even better as far as learning and practicing the art and science of detailing. Just don't tell anyone, it's kind of a secret.
