Of course, the newest product is always the best, so we should throw out all our M21, NXT and the like, because the ultimate is just that, the ultimate.

Btw, how do you know its the longest lasting, did you tested it or you read it somewhere, I wonder.

let me say a big-M21 ", a classic of protective coatings. in Russia it is very popular. we have guys from different car clubs (opel club, ford focus club, bmw club etc...) are raising money and buy a one canister to a few dozen cars, excellent protective covering for the winter period in a fairly low cost.))

You have to raise money to buy a bottle and then share it? I know the economy is bad there too, just didn't think it was that bad. Hope you at least get the 64 oz size.

hahaha! this is the mentality of Russian man-one shot to kill two birds with one stone))) and to save money and get a great result)))
I do not like that. I do my work (detailing) professionally for about 7 years, so I always keep a lot of waxes to work separately and individually for their own use.

M21 and NXT Tech Wax 2.0 are very similar products, not M21 and Ultimate Wax. UW is a "clean sheet of paper" build, it's not as if it could be called "NXT 3.0". The application process is very unique with Ultimate Wax; in liquid form it won't stain trim; it can be applied on a warm surface in direct sunlight; you can apply the liquid and wipe it off after just 3-5 minutes rather than waiting 30 minutes or more.

Nobody is telling you to throw out your other waxes/sealants just because we came out with a new product. For those die hard carnauba users, they couldn't care less that we've got a new synthetic sealant on the market - they're sticking with Gold Class or M26 (or their old cans of M16!).

And yes, Ultimate Wax is our longest lasting, best protecting wax/sealant at the moment, recently taking that claim away from NXT 2.0.

Sounds good. I'll try it on the next car. Will it come out in the professional line and 64oz bottles? Don't need a new foam pad and towel in every box.

I just got my car painted.. these birds, I don't know what the heck they are eating but they'll screw up a paint job.
I just bought some Meg Carnauba, I want to protect my car from these birds the best I can.

Is this the best product for the best protection for me?

    Thanks.

ZB40 - you say you just got your car painted. You will need to contact your body shop/painter to see how long the paint needs to "outgas" before you apply wax or sealant. The recommendation is often at least 30 days and sometimes as long as 45 days. On the spot of the bird bombs, flood off with water or use your quick detailer with a clean microfiber.

I would say put Ultimate wax over M21v2 because it has less cleaners in it.

What do you all think of Collinite 476 or 845 as a top coat? I recently bought both and was thinking of using 476 to top my base of GC paste?
