Hmmmmm no answers. Guess it doesn't look good for New Zealand or Canadian customers. Looks like it's time to look for alternatives.

Sorry for the slow response guys - I'm working the SEMA Show floor for a few days and it's taking up a lot of my time. I try to get back online as often as I can to answer questions though.

So as to availability in Canada and elsewhere - since this is just shipping it will likely be a couple of months before you'll find ith through local channels.

By the way, have you seen the SEMA post?

Thanks Michael. Hopefully the Grit Guard makes it to the shelves in Canada. SEMA Show looks amazing.

Wow, that looks incredible! ... In regard to the 'Grit Guard' I have never seen or heard of them being used before back in New Zealand, would be very interesting to see the difference

I just found out right way to wash a car and 2 of these are going to be ordered. I just wish my auto store had them :-)

Can someone just explain to me if sand or dirt fall to bottom of bucket how does this keep sand/dirt from comming up through those big holes. When you swirl the water around wont sand/dirt still knck up.

Some sand/dirt will find it's way back up into your water that you're using, yes. But MUCH less than without the grit guard. The higher in your wash bucket that you can rinse your wash mitt, the better.
