Can you buy X-Press Spray Wax locally? I've seen it on various online vendors but shipping is almost 50% of the gallon size costs.

btw, I live near New Orleans

You would have to source it through a detail supply shop as it won't be found in your typical auto parts stores.

Even paying shipping and for a spray bottle it's a better value than paying retail for UQW.

By your reasoning, though, it sounds like any time anyone buys anything they're just taking their chances, whether they walk into a store or order during a deep freeze for home delivery. A major retailer could have a similar issue - it has happened before. So what is ANY buyer to do then???

They are taking their chances. After moving from Southern California to Northwest Wyoming and dealing with freeze damaged products bought both from the local Walmart and on line distributors, I buy car care chemicals only during the warmer times of the year.

I don't place orders after October 15 and before April 15.

To my understanding m135 is like a quick detailer but doesn't contain any wax....

Yes it is different.

M135 is the equivalent of Ultimate Quik Detailer in the consumer line.

The new Synthetic X-Press Spray Wax is the equivalent of Ultimate Quik Wax in the consumer line.

Hey, I have a question...
I have 2 jugs of M135, 2 jugs of Syn X-press spray wax and one jug of Last Touch, 6 bottles of UQD & 4 bottles of UQW.
I also have 5 bottles of Mother's Showtime detailer and 2 bottles of Mothers FX spray wax.

I have a G35 coupe, a Prelude and a MPV van....

Not trying to overuse or waste my supplies....is it realistic to use it all up by late summer?

They are two different products used for different (albeit sometimes overlapping) applications.

Yes, 135 is a QD (with decent protection) and Xpress is a spray wax (with more protection).

I mist it on to one section at a time and then spread the product out with a microfiber towel and then immediately flip over to the dry side of the microfiber towel and wipe off the rest.

This is not your typical wipe on let it dry to a haze and then buff off type of spray wax that was typical in the past. You apply the new Synthetic X-press Spray Wax similar to the way you would apply a spray quik detailer. Lightly spray it on to the surface and then immediately wipe off. In fact the directions on my bottle of Synthetic X-press Spray Wax specifically say do not allow product to dry on the surface.
