I backed in the wall of a parking garage and I scratched the rear right bumper. Not too deep but deep enough that a polish/wax will not help.
I went to my dealership and they told me instead of going to the body-shop, I can fix it by a simple color-work. I asked what's a color-work, he told me that they would sand it down and spray-painted the area. The result is 99% as good as a paint job.
I do not understand this. For me, Spray-paint is still a paint job. Does anyone know about this?
