  • Cleaning pads "on-the-fly"

Can you use microfiber towels to clean buffing pads "on-the-fly"? I have read most articles using only terry towels. I do not have terry towels.

Yes, you can use microfiber towels to clean on the fly. If microfiber is all you have go ahead and use that. It's better than nothing.

I have used microfiber towels quite often. They work fine, but the terry towels do work better though because they are more absorbent and the thicker looped nap of the towel also helps to clean the residue from the pad a little easier.

Yes you can. I like using a terry cloth towel for this.
