    Number not in service

    I tried to dial the customer service number this morning (1-800-347-5700) and I got "the number you are trying to dial is not in service". What's up, someone forget to pay the phone bill?

    Can someone else try it and let me know if it's just me.

    My phone tells me that "the number or code you have dialed is in correct, please try again". Sounds like phone company problems!

    I called from a Sprint PCS phone.

      I called from my nextel phone and got the message "The nextel number you are trying to reach is not in service". Sounds like Nextel is screwing up also.
