Meguiar´s All Wheel Cleaner

I was ready to go out and saw a flat tyre, the perfect moment to try the All Wheel Cleaner that I received this week.

that interior is very difficult to clean, any chance to get it better?

4:10 if I'm not mistaken .. or 4:1.

It would be 10:1, or 4:1 if stronger is needed.

Could use a paint cleaner as well.

The finish on the back side of the wheel tends to be much a much rougher finish than the face of the wheel, and brake dust is easily trapped and embedded in that coarseness. Cleaning can be tough and might require a little more dwell time from the cleaner and/or a stiffer brush to get into the texture. APC at a stronger dilution (4:1) can be used, or Wheel Brightener at proper dilution. Of course, the longer the brake dust has been sitting there the harder it's going to be to remove. But the improvement you've made to an area that is seldom seen is just fantastic!

You can use any wax you like, but they wont last as long in that environment. Nxt 2.0 would be best from Meguiars I guess.

And you would need to use a car wash solution after, or the wax would be stripped.

Now hopefully the rest of your tires go flat so the wheels will match. Just kidding. If you get a flat don't come looking for me :-)

I personally rotate my own tires (every 10,000 km / 6000 miles) so I get a chance to clean them all. It takes half an afternoon, but they look great when finished. This also give me an opportunity to inspect them for damage and give them a real nice wax job. Normally I get a little impatient while working on the ground and there are things that you just can't get at while the wheel is on the vehicle.
