  • Wet sand scratch repair

    Just thought I'd post a couple of pics of a scratch repair I did today. Customers kid ran into the car with his bike. Scratch started out looking like this:

    Where you see the little loop was the deepest spot.

    So with a little wet sanding (2000 grit wet) it kooked like this:


    Next up was some UC on wool pad using the Makita.( yes a rotary will work with UC) End result was this:



    I do this type of repair almost daily. Time to complete 30 min.
