It's possible for them to be alright. I would check to make sure they are all the same color they initially were and that their consistencies have not changed.
I had some #62 that went bad on me in the winter. I forgot about it and left it in the garage. It worked for a little bit but when I got down a little less than halfway, the soap would not create a good solution and it felt like I was washing with only water. On a better note though, I must say that I have become a fan Deep Crystal Car Wash. Now that I have rambled off topic let me bring this to a close.

Shake them thoroughly. They should pour out of the bottle in a smooth, even consistency and not have a terrible odor. If they are watery or lumpy, or they have a really horrible odor, throw them away. Otherwise they should still be perfectly fine.
The paste wax should appear visually as it did prior to storage, meaning it should not have a layer of water on top, or be dried and flaky. If it looks as it should, then it's still good. (apologies for the rhyme, it was totally unintentional )

The cold temp issue has always puzzled me. If I order some product after October, it's going to be frozen solid in the delivery truck long before it reaches my front porch. Then you have 1/2 say out in the open before I get home from work.
There is also no knowing where some of this stuff has been after it left the factory. At any time during fall / winter it could very easily be sitting in a semi trailer, at a truck stop in freezing temperatures before it reaches the store shelves.
