    WOw!! Talk about Customer Service!!!! After I spoke to Michael Stoops, Michael Kennedy (The guy in charge of Special events @ Meguiars) heard about what had happened. And He Sent me an Email apologizing and to let me know he was going to look into how that had happen to make sure it wont happen again, and that he wanted to send a Team member personally to deliver me my new D/A.
    Awesome!

    I met Michael Kennedy last year at the same event (Del Mar Nationals) and I bought my G110 kit from him. Meguiars hires good people and their desire to make this right speaks volumes about how much pride they put into the Meguiars brand.

I told him i would be home by noon, But my dentist took a little longer then i had thought. I ended up getting home a little later, but I did not want to keep Amy waiting so she left it with my brother. and I spoke with her over the phone as I was at the dentist. I posted a picture below of what she dropped off. That is some good costumer service. I see Meguiars as family, i have been using there products since i started driving, but until recently when i bought my new car, I decided to get serious about detailing my car and my family's other cars and keep them looking good. I am very happy! You guys were right I was in good hands.

    I want to thank Michael Stoops, Michael Kennedy and Amy @ Meguair's for you great customer service!

    This is better then any advertisement of any sort .. megs people know that and here is the result.

    Nothing worse then bad customer service .. or nothing better to hear things like this.

    I'm not surprised about Meguiar's going the extra mile to make their customers happy!!! They are on top of their game in terms of customer service and I'm sure this is why they have loyal customers! Michael Stoops is a very helpful guy and I'm sure he'll go out of his way just to help you out. I'm sure the same goes to every member of the Meg's team. GO MEGUIAR'S!!!! I'm really glad everything got resolved for you!

    I've read all the technical differences between the G110v1 and the G110v2 but have yet to come across any VISUAL differences between the two models. I am looking to buy a new v2 off the net but how do I know they are selling me the v2 and not the v1 ? All Google images show both models look exactally the same. I don't want to get ripped off or go throught the hastle of an exchange or a refund.

    You haven't used it so give customer service a call and see if they can swap.

    Look beside the Meguiar's name towards the cord. The V2 has a spot on both sides to give you access to the internal brushes. Refer to post #14, you will see the V1 does not.
